Low cost flights to Norway
I always wanted to visit Scandinavia, especially Norway. They contain so much interesting and beautiful. The truth is, there aren‘t any palm trees and sandy beaches with these a temperatures of 28 degrees, but there are mountains, cities and interesting culture, which makes you want to get to know and feel a closer look than the stories and articles in the press are. Cheap flights can make my dreams come available. Now it is possible to travel to Scandinavia in just a few hours. Cheap flights to Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger and Trondheim will allow us to see Norway, what we want.
Let’s start from the beginning. A few years ago from Lithuania operated just one plane to Oslo from Palanga Airport. Ryanair low-cost flight company started flights to Oslo and to three more airports in Norway from Kaunas and Vilnius Airports. Why did it happen? The main reason was emigrants and tourism. When the Great Britain got fed up with Lithuanians, Polish, Romanians and other cheap labour force our citizens found Norway. The country which doesn’t belong to the European Union, but the cost of living is high. After set up Lithuanians started enjoying Norwegian entertainment – fishing. We don’t have this king of fishing in Lithuania, though we have the sea, lakes and rivers. Fishing tourism in particular attracted Lithuanians who go there with friends. To go to Norway we can go through the port of Riga because from there a ferry is shipped to Sweden and Norway. The other way to reach Norway is by plane from Vilnius.
Cheap flights now allow Lithuanians visit their friends and spend their weekend in Norway. The climate of Norway is bearable for Lithuanians; as a result, more and more passengers fly to this Scandinavian country.
By the way, Ryanair’s history shows that the first international flights of this company were London-Oslo; i. e. Ryanair has organized these flights for a long time.
